These skills and characteristics need to be learned, revised and refined in order to continue physiological and psychology development so that you’re continuing to develop as a person and athlete.
Athletic development happens over time and requires focus and intrinsic motivation by the individual with clear defined goals and outcomes. There is no quick fix or magic pill regardless of whatever you read.
